摘要
本文详细介绍了国际上最新的工程项目绩效评价体系KPI,该评价体系全面考虑了进度、成本、质量、安全、生产率、利润率、客户满意度等关键绩效指标,对于我国建筑业开展相关领域的研究和实践具有重要的借鉴和指导作用。
Key Performance Indicators（KPI） are introduced and discussed in details in this paper to measure project performance in the aspects of time, cost, quality, safety, client satisfaction and so on. An output or outcome-oriented framework is established on the measurement of KPI in construction projects. Based on the proper measurement of performance measurement, continuous improvement will be made to achieve best practice in the construction industry.
