摘要
为解决矿山用钢筋网架生产过程中出现的产品质量差、效率低、成本高等问题,研制出一种专用钢筋网架焊机.介绍了钢筋焊接网架的自动生产设备构成和微机点焊控制器的电路设计,该控制器在热量百分比控制基础上能实现多路多点焊接,提高了焊接质量和效率.
To solve the problems of low quality, low efficiency and high cost of steel mesh reinforcement used in the mines, one kind of special spotwelder was developed. The constitution of automatic production line for welding steel reinforceing mesh and the electric circuit design of microprocessor-controller for the spotwelding machine were introduced. Using this controller, multiplexed welding could be implemented with the control of heat percentage, so that the quality and efficiency of the welding were improved.
