摘要
用阳极弧法合成了碳纳米管内包覆铁和钴等金属纳米粒子.对合成物用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、电子能谱(EDS)和Raman光谱等方法进行了鉴定和表征.发现包覆粒子的多壁碳纳米管的平均直径约为35nm,其端部和内部包覆的粒子不连续分布、粒径基本均匀,约为20nm.分析了阳极弧等离子体法合成碳纳米管内包覆金属纳米粒子的形成机理.
Carbon nanotubes coated inside with iron and cobalt nano-particles was synthesized with anodearc discharge method. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and Raman spectroscopy were used to identify and characterize the products. The product was multi-walled carbon nanotubes with average diameter of 35 nm. Dispersed Fe and Co nanoparticles could be found inside the tubes and at their ends and the sizes of coating nano-particles varied from several to tens of nanometers, being approximately 20 nm in average. The formation mechanism of carbon nanotubes coated with metallic nano-particles by using anode-arc discharge method was analyzed.
