摘要
正、负消费外部性对于外部性的“制造者”和“承受者”会产生不同的福利影响。但无论是正消费外部性还是负消费外部性,都会导致整个社会福利的减少。
Positive and negative consumption externalities will produce different welfare effects on ＂manufacturers＂ and ＂receivers＂. Consumption externalities, positive or negative, will cause the reduction of the entire social welfare.
