摘要
提出了一种适合于弹性结构宽频带吸振的均直梁式动力吸振器,研究了梁板耦合结构的功率流特性。在此基础上,提出了以控制频率范围内输入主振系的净功率流最大值为控制目标的梁式动力吸振器的优化设计方法,并通过数值仿真验证了该方法的有效性。最后,分析了梁的损耗因子对系统功率流特性的影响。研究表明:梁式动力吸振器不但结构简单,质量比小,安装方便,而且吸振频带宽,吸振效果好。
A kind of broadband uniform beam-type dynamic vibration absorber for elastic structures is brought forward. Based on the power flow characteristic of the beam-plate coupled structure, an optimal design method of beam-type dynamic vibration absorber is presented, and the controlled object is the maximum of the net power flow input to the main vibration system over the control frequency range. The opti- mal method is validated by numerical simulation. Finally, the influence of the loss factor of the beam to the characteristic of power flow in the vibration system is studied. The results of the study demonstrate that beam-type dynamic vibration absorber is not only simple in structure, small in mass ratio and easy to fit ,but also very effective in reducing broad band vibration.
