摘要
针对实际测试项目,介绍了用于轧辊磨床振动测量的信号采集系统的硬件组成及信号采集方法。简述了振动信号分析的理论与方法,采用基于小波变换的信号分析方法对磨床振动信号进行分析,能同时兼顾高频与低频段的频谱特性,提高特征频率的提取精确度,进而提高系统故障诊断的可靠性。
