本文对可疑幽门肥厚患儿４０例经Ｂ超诊断，手术证实小儿先天性幽门肥厚狭窄确诊率为９３％，与国内报道相符，简便易行无痛苦，可避免Ｘ线照射，值得推广。

The paper presents the fact that through the treatment of 40 patients with possible congenital fleshy tricuspid stenosis by B-ultrasonic diagnosis and operation,the exactness is as higher as 93 percent.The fact is in accordance with the report in the country, The method is easy,unpainful,and can avoid the harmfulness of X-Ray.It is the advantage of the patients health and worth popularizing.
