中温蒸馏法处理泥磷提取黄磷的研究

Study on the process of yellow phosphorus extracted by distillation under the condition of moderate temperature

在中温（280～330℃）条件下利用蒸馏法提取黄磷，该法可提取泥磷中96．6％以上的黄磷，提取黄磷的磷含量可达99．94％，杂质砷含量仅为0．00958％，达到国家标准工业黄磷中优等品要求。

Yellow phosphorus produced by distillation under the condition of moderate temperature（280 - 330 ℃ ）, the method was simple and had high recovery of yellow phosphorus.96.6% of yellow phosphorus could be extracted from phosphorus slurry and the content of yellow phosphorus reached 99.94%, with only 0.009 58% of arsenic. The product was up to the national standard for excellent yellow phosphorus.
