The Power Transmission & Distribution Price Compensating Mechanism Based on the Unbalanced Electric Power Supplies

基于目前国内电力市场输配电价格的两种比较成熟的算法(会计成本法和边际成本法)中未涉及的不平衡供电的输配电价格补偿问题,并进行量化分析。将不平衡供电引起的成本进行合理的补偿,使之达到成本平衡。电力企业可以通过扩张经营以减少相对需求的一般性方法,获得更好的风险性补偿,提出了自己的解决方案,从而为电力企业的可持续发展提供可靠的保障。

Based on the present domestic electric power market two quite mature algorithms （accountant cost law and marginal cost law） , the transmission and distribution electricity price does not involve the problem of unbalanced power supply compensation and make the quantification analysis. The cost which arises from the unbalanced power supply will be reasonably compensated, to reach the balanced cost. The electric power enterprise may obtain the better risk compensation by to reduce the relative demand and to expand management method. It has proposed own solution,to provide the reliable safeguard for the electric power enterprise＇s sustainable development.
