摘要
阐述了催化裂化装置主风机组紧急停车系统的改造设计原则,介绍了TDC3000三重冗余容错集成控制系统在催化主风机组自保中的应用。TDC3000系统的信号输入模块、信号输出模块和CPU均采用三重冗余。利用组态和编程软件实现催化主风机防喘振控制,机组自保联锁和机组停机联锁。
This paper summarily describes a revamp and design principle of the sudden shutdown' s system of the axial compressor and expander on the FCCU, at the same time, introduces the application of the integrated control system of TDC3000 of triple redundant fault- tolerance on the axial compressor and expander's interlock system. Input/output blocks and CPU are applied to the triple redundant fault- tolerance hardware. The interlock and the shutdown as well as the anti - surge control of the compressor and expander are fulfilled by the configuration and the software programming.
