多元温控参数对乙苯产品纯度及杂质影响的数学模型的建立及分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用minitab数据分析软件,应用multiple regression model,bestsubsets regression等统计分析方法,针对石油二厂乙苯精馏塔中用于调节乙苯产品纯度及杂质含量的9个温度参数,分别建立精馏塔的各分馏温度对其影响变量乙苯的纯度及杂质的数学模型。并进行筛选和优化,确立了对应于非芳烃、苯、甲苯、间二甲苯杂质及乙苯纯度等6个营变量的多元线性模拟方程式,通过这些模型的建立,探讨出影响质量控制的因素,及操作的最佳条件的选择原则。 This paper adopts minitab statistical and analytic software, using multiple regression model, bestsubset regression model as the statistical and analytic methods, pinpoint to the 9 temperature control components of the ethybenzene colunto which adjust the product of ethybenzene, respectively built up the mathematic model for the purity and impurity of ethybenzene. Then after optimization and screening, it were developed that totally 6 ;he multiple linear regression equation of the impurity: non- aromatic hydrocarbon, benzene, methylbenzene, al- dimethylbenzene and purity of ethybenzene. And it were discussed that factors for controlling the quality and to determine the optimal operational coalitions for improving the product quality.
