摘要
目前绩效管理已成为企业实现业绩目标的重要管理手段之一。结合工程设计公司企业特点,讨论了工程设计公司在绩效目标制定、绩效实施与辅导、绩效考核与评价及绩效反馈面谈四个环节的层次分解、实施方法及问题处理建议。
Currently the performance management has already become one of the important management means that the business enterprise carries out the accomplishment target, this article combines the engineering design company business and its enterprise characteristics, discussing the level breakdown, the implement method and the problem solving in the performance target establishment, the performance implement and guide, the performance examination and evaluation, and the performance feedback of the engineering design company.
