Investigation on Characteristics of Visible Spectrums of Ferroalloys and Spectroscopic Analysis

对铁基合金可见光谱线进行了计算机模拟,研究了基体元素铁和各成分元素的可见光谱特征。使用光栅看谱镜和棱镜看谱镜对铁合金可见光谱进行了看谱分析研究,摄制了彩色图谱。研究了利用铁元素及成分元素特征谱线进行基体鉴别和成分元素分析的方法,研究结果可用于铁合金基体鉴别及各成分元素的定性和半定量分析。

By the help of computer simulation of visible spectrums, the characteristics of visible spectrums of matrix element Fe and other elements of ferroalloys were investigated. The visible spectrums of ferroalloys were analyzed and investigated with optical grating spectroscope, and the color spectrograms were taken. The analysis method of using the characteristic spectrums of Fe and other elements of ferroalloys to differentiate the matrix and to analyze various elements was researched. The result can be applied to the matrix differentiation as well as qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of various elements of ferroalloys.
