摘要
综述了我国高铬抗磨白口铸铁磨片材料的发展现状,简要分析了它们的成分、制造工艺、显微组织、力学性能等技术特性,针对磨片磨损过程难以观察和试验的特点,例举了几种新近开发的具有优良性能的磨片材料,以期指出磨片材料的发展方向。
The present development situation of high-Cr abrasion-resistant white cast iron used as the materials for grinding plates in China was summarized. Their technical characters were briefly analyzed including composition, manufacturing process, microstructure and mechanical properties. Considering that the wear-off process of the grinding plates is difficult to be observed, and the corresponding experiment is also difficult to be conducted, three kinds of new developed plate materials which have excellent properties were taken as examples with the purpose to point out the development direction of the grinding plate materials.
