摘要
目的:观察多品系小鼠多部位接种H22腹水癌能否引发淋巴结转移,以及它们的差异。方法:选择KM小鼠、BALB/c小鼠、C57BL/6小鼠,分别在腋下、股部内侧和脚垫接种H22腹水癌细胞,观察腋下和腹股沟淋巴结的变化。结果:腋下、股部内侧和脚垫接种组50d动物死亡率分别是:KM小鼠为100%、60%和0%;BALB/c小鼠为80%、60%和0%;C57BL/6小鼠为100%、50%和0%。试验组动物的淋巴结重量普遍大于空白对照,尤其是KM小鼠和BALB/c小鼠脚垫接种组,病理检查显示,右腹股沟淋巴结可见大量癌细胞,淋巴结的正常结构完全被破坏,甚至消失;C57BL/6小鼠脚垫接种组淋巴结病理检查未发现癌细胞,淋巴结结构完整。结论:KM小鼠、BALB/c小鼠脚垫接种H22腹水癌细胞能够复制存活时间在50d以上,癌细胞发生淋巴结转移的动物模型。
Objective: To study whether different strains of mice inoculated at different places with ascites carcinoma (H22) can lead to lymph node metastasis. Method KM, BALB/c, C57BL/6 mice were inoculated at axilla, medial thigh and sole with H22 carcinoma cells, then the changes and existence of carcinoma cells in subaxillary and inguinal lymph nodes were observed. Result The death rates of animals inoculated at axilla, medial thigh and sole after 50 days were KM mice 100%, 60% and 0% ; BALB/c mice 80%, 60% and 0% ; C57BL6 mice 100%, 50% and 0% resspectively. The lymph nodes weight of the experiment groups were obviously heavier than that of the control group. Furthermore, the experimental group of KM and BALB/c mice inoculated at sole showed that right inguinal lymph nodes had a lot of cancer cells and their normal structure were destroyed completely or even disappeared while no any cancer cell and destroyed structure were found in C57BL/6 mice inoculated at sole. Conclusion KM and BALB/c mice inoculated at sole with ascites carcinoma (H22) could establish animal model of ascits carcinoma with lymph node metastasis and with lifespan over 50 days.
