基于Pro/E及ANSYS集成环境下压缩机阀板的有限元分析

The Finite Element Analysis of the Compressor's Valve Plate Based on the Integration of Pro/E and ANSYS

针对ANSYS及Pro/E软件各自的功能特点,对这两种软件的链接方法做了相应的对比研究,建立了基于这两种软件的集成设计分析平台。在此平台上,对压缩机阀板进行了有限元分析。该方法的应用缩短了压缩机阀板的开发周期,提高了阀板的设计效率。

This paper Expounds functional characteristics of the Pro/E and ANSYS, matches and studies the means of link of Pro/E and ANSYS, creats a integration analysis flafform based on Pro/E and ANSYS. In the flatform, finite element analysis is done on compressor＇valve plate. The development cycle of compressor＇ s valve plate is reduced, and increases design efficiency of the valve plate.
