摘要
基于IEC 61850标准设计的新型数字保护平台将过程层合并单元、智能执行单元和间隔层设备映射到具体的板卡上。介绍了平台的总体硬件结构,从实时性和可靠性角度详细分析了层间的通信方式,提出了基于冗余100 BASE-F以太网和交换式网络集线器HUB的板间通信方式,并给出了具体的硬件电路实现。采集板和开入/开出板CPU选用5410 DSP,分别向主控板发送采集信号和接收控制命令;主控板CPU选用AT91RM9200处理器,完成保护控制和通信功能;给出了各板的硬件逻辑图。将嵌入式操作系统VxWorks引入到间隔层设备中。以线路保护为例,建立了平台的对象信息模型,最后阐述了该平台如何实现保护功能。
A digital protection platform is designed according to IEC 61850,in which the merging unit,smart actuator and bay- level devices are mapped to actual circuit boards. Its hardware structure is introduced. The communication mode between levels is analyzed in terms of real-time performance and dependability. The redundant 100BASE-F Ethernet is proposed for the communication among boards. The hardware circuit is implemented. 5410DSP is used as. CPU of the sampling board and the I/O board,which sends the sampling information to the main-control board and receives the control command;AT91 RM 9200 is used as CPU of the main-control board,which realizes protection,control and communication. Hardware logic diagrams of all boards are given. The embedded operating system VxWorks is applied to bay devices. With an example of line protection, the information model of the protection platform is established and the realization of protection functions on the platform is expounded.
