摘要
针对多年生黑麦草Lolium perenne萌发和幼苗时期对盐分最敏感的特点,对25个多年生黑麦草品种在不同盐浓度胁迫下的萌发特性进行研究,测定其发芽率、发芽势、相对盐害率和幼苗高度等的变化情况,结果显示草坪星、APM、球道、旋风、百尼牡、首相和凯牧等品种用1% NaCl胁迫时的发芽率都在75%以上,即这些品种萌发期的耐盐胁迫能力较强。
Perennial ryegrass is sensitive to salinity stress at germination and seedling stages. In this paper, germination properties of 25 perennial ryegrass varieties were tested under different salt concentration. The results from germination rate and potential, relative injury rate and seedling height showed that under 1% salinity stress, Premier, Turfstar, APM, Pirouette, Barlennium, Fairway and Kemal gave more than 75% germination rate, indicating that they were salt tolerant at germination stage.
