Study on fruit habit of Caragana intermedia Kuang

在山西五寨县对中间锦鸡儿Caragana intermedia的结实习性进行研究，研究结果表明：在种子发育过程中，豆荚和种子形态发育规律并不一致；豆荚和种子含水量下降，分别降至7月26日的37．42％、31.68％；种子重量增加，7月10-18日是种子生长的敏感时期；蛋白质、粗纤维和粗灰分含量不断下降，分别降至7月22日的28．50％、8．59％、2．83％，而粗脂肪升至7月22日的11．89％；用标准发芽率、电导率和TTC含量测定种子活力，结果表明，从小花开放到种子成熟需要74～79d，盛花期后72～77d是一次性收获种子的适宜期。

Fruit habit of Caragana intermedia Kuang was studied in Wuzhai county of Shanxi province. The result indicated that during seed development, the development law of pod shape is inconsistent with that of seed. Moisture content of pod and seed dropped to 37. 42% and 31.68% on July 26, respectively; it is the sensitive period that the seed grows from July 10 to July 18. Crude protein, crude fibre and crude ash content dropped to 28. 50 % ,8. 59 % .2.83 % on July 22, respectively, but crude fat content increased to 11.89%. Seed vigor was determined by standard germination percentage, conductance rate and TTC content, which showed that it took about 74-9 d from flowering to seed maturity, and the suitable harvesting time was 72-77 d after blooming.
