摘要
用CaCl2(0.1%、0.2%、0.3%),PEG-6000(1%、2%、3%),KNO3(0.5%、2%、4%)溶液处理藏茵陈类植物中的川西獐牙菜Swertia mussotii野生种子和椭圆叶花锚Halenia elliptica野生种子(24或48 h),先常规发芽试验,选择平均发芽率较高的处理方法处理供试种子,然后引入土壤基质在大田中进行播种育苗。结果表明:各药剂极显著提高椭圆叶花锚种子发芽率(P<0.01),其中以CaCl2溶液促进效果最佳(发芽率70%以上,出苗率50%以上);1%、2%、3%PEG-6000溶液可提高川西獐牙菜种子发芽率及出苗率(均不及15%)。
The seeds of Swertia mussotii and Halenia elliptica were treated with CaClz (0. 1% ,0. 2%, 0. 3%), PEG-6000(1%,2%,3%), KNO3(0. 5%,2%,4%) and water as control ( 24 or 48 h). The best treatment with the highest average germination rate was selected on the basis of Petri dish germination test at 25 ℃ in incubator. The germinated seeds from the best treatment were then transferred to the field. The results showed that each treatment significantly increased germination rate of Halenia elliptica seeds, CaClz was the most effective with more than 70% germination rate and 50% seedling rate. PEG-6000 (1%, 2 %, 3 % ) could increase germination and seedling rates of Swertia rnussotii, but with lower percentage (less than 15%). in the field.
