摘要
通过应用管理实验的方法,在生产链中的关键职位进行不同模式的工资激励实验,提出了改进工资激励设计的建议。
In order to increase the efficiency of production chain, a wage encouraging test with different models was carried out on some key positions in production chain. How to improve the design of wage encouragement was put forward.
