摘要
目的:观察断红丸合当归补血汤加味治疗药物性流产后阴道出血的疗效。方法:50例药物性流产后阴道出血患者随机分为2组,治疗组25例以断红丸合当归补血汤加减治疗,对照组25例用黄体酮治疗,疗程7天。结果:总有效率治疗组96%,对照组70.2%;两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:断红丸合当归补血汤加味治疗药物性流产后阴道出血疗效满意。
Objective：To observe the curable effects of colporrhagia following medical abortion with modified combination of Duan Hong pill and Danggui Buxue decoction Methods：50 patients with colporrhagia following medcal abortion were randomly divided into two groups 25 poatients in treatment group were treated with modified combination of Duan Hong pill and Danggui Buxue decoction for 7 days.The other patients in control group were treated with Progesterone for 7days,Results：The total effective rate were 96% for treatment group and 70.2% for control group,which existed a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Consclusion：Modified combination of Duan Hong pill and Danggui Buxue decoction has satisfactory therapeutic effect on colporrhagia following medical abortion.
