Chemical constituents of Radix Puerariae from Anhui Province

摘要 目的研究安徽产葛根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、制备薄层色谱、制备HPLC等手段,从葛根的乙醇提取物中分离得到7个化合物,利用理化性质和波谱学分析,鉴定它们的化学结构。结果与结论分离鉴定了7个化合物:5-羟基芒柄花苷(1)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基肉桂酸(2)、葛根素(3)、大豆苷元(4)、大豆苷(5)、3′-羟基葛根素(6)、3′-甲氧基葛根素(7)。化合物2为首次从该属植物中分得的已知化合物,化合物1为首次从该种植物中分离得到的已知化合物。 Aim To study the chemical constituents of Radix Puerafiae from Anhui Province. Methods Seven compounds from the ethanol extracts were isolated by silica gel, polyamide, preparative TLC, preparative HPLC, etc., and their structures were identified by the spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Results and conclusion Seven components were isolated and identified as 5- hydroxyl ononin(1), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy cinnamic acid(2), puerarin(3), daidzein(4), daidzin(5), 3'-hydroxy puerarin(6), 3'-methoxy puerarin(7). Compound 2 was isolated from Pueraria for the first time, while 1 was isolated from Radix Puerafiae for .'he first time.
