探讨了原纸表面施胶液的变化对铜版纸表面强度的影响。结果表明:增加表面施胶液中氧化淀粉浓度,施胶量增加,施胶胶膜厚度增加,原纸抗张指数、平滑度、白度均有所提高,Cobb值下降,铜版纸表面强度拉毛值显著增加;增加表面施胶液中表面施胶剂用量,原纸Cobb值下降,抗张指数、平滑度均提高,白度没有变化,对铜版纸表面强度影响较小。

The effect of base paper surface size on the surface strength of coated The results showed that the tensile strength ,smoothness and brightness of base paper was discussed in this article. paper increased while Cobb value decreased with increasing the oxidative starch content of the surface sizesince the coat weight or the thickness of the surface sizing film increased, which resulted in remarkable improvement of the surface strength of coated paper. When the dosage of surface sizing agent increased, the Cobb value of base paper decreased while the tensile index and smoothness of coated paper increased. The brightness and surface strength did not change obviously.
