摘要
细胞凋亡是受基因调控的细胞主动死亡过程。在胎盘的发生、发展过程中起着举足轻重的作用。正常胎盘组织中存在细胞凋亡,且妊娠各期凋亡与增殖处于不同的平衡状态。当细胞凋亡出现异常,这种平衡状态被打破则可能导致自然流产的发生。
Cell apoptosis is an initiative cell death under gene regulation. Cell apoptosis plays an important role in the genesis and development of placenta. Apoptosis exists in normoal placenta, which has different balance with proliferation during different pregnancy phases. Once this balance has been broken resulting from cell abnormal apovtosis, spontanous abortion will occour.
