肝癌术后复发及转移是影响患者长期预后的主要因素,复发来源有两种形式:肝内播散及非同步多中心癌变。目前,手术再切除、肝动脉插管化疗栓塞、无水酒精注射、瘤内射频热凝固、放射、肝移植等疗法均可用于肝癌转移复发的治疗,但仍需进一步临床研究。
