降植烷诱导鼠关节炎模型研究进展

摘要 类风湿关节炎是一种以慢性、进行性、对称性、侵蚀性外周关节损害为特征的常见自身免疫性疾病。建立模拟人类患者的动物模型是研究此类疾病的有效方法。不同动物模型具有不同的特点,降植烷诱导鼠关节炎模型是常用模型,在临床表现、病理学改变、免疫学特点和遗传背景等各个方面均与人类患者类似。 Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a common autoimmune disease that is noted for chronic,progressive, symmetrical and erosive destruction of peripheral joints. It is an effective method in studying this kind of disease to establish various animal models mimicing human petients with RA. Different models have their own characteristics,in which Pristane-induced Arthritis is the common one. It has many similarity in clinical manifestation pathological changes,immunogy feature and genetic background correspounding to human with RA.
