摘要
应变(strain,ε)和应变率(strain rate,SR)是近年来从心肌组织多普勒成像中发展起来的超声心动图新技术,为定量评价局域心肌功能提供了一种客观、可靠的方法。本文就应变率成像的研究与应用现状作一综述。
Strain and strain rate is a new technique derived from tissue Doppler imaging, which provide a objective and reliable method for the quantitative assessment of regional myocardial function. The purpose of this article is to review the clinical research and current situation in this field.
