原发性胆囊癌中survivin和PTEN表达及其与临床病理的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨survivin和PTEN蛋白在原发性胆囊癌组织中的表达与癌组织类型、病理分级和转移状况的关系,以及survivin与PTEN表达之间的相关性。方法应用免疫组化方法检测52例胆囊腺癌、20例胆囊腺瘤和20例慢性胆囊炎组织中survivin和PTEN表达水平。结果在胆囊癌、胆囊腺瘤和慢性胆囊炎中,survivin表达阳性率分别为67.3%(35/52)、30%(6/20)和0(0/20),PTEN表达阳性率分别为42.3%(22/52)、80.0%(16/20)和100%(20/20),组间比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。survivin高表达和PTEN低表达与胆囊癌的分化程度、浆膜浸润和转移密切相关(P<0.05)。survivin蛋白表达与PTEN蛋白表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论survivin和PTEN表达与胆囊腺癌浸润转移密切相关。检测survivin和PTEN蛋白表达可作为判断胆囊腺癌预后的客观指标。 Objective To study the correlations of survivin and PTEN protein expression with histological type, pathological grading and metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to investigate the expression of survivin and PTEN protein in 52 cases of gallbladder carcinorna,20 cases of gallbladder adenoma and 20 cases of chronic choleeystis. Results The expression rates of survivin in gallbladder carcinoma, gallbladder adenoma and chronic eholecystis were 67.3% (35/52) ,30% (6/20) and 0(0/20), respectively. The expression rates of PTEN in gallbladder carcinoma, gallbladder adenoma and chronic eholecystis were 42.3% (22/ 52) ,80.0% (6/20) and 100% (20/20), respectively. The differences among groups were significant(P〈0.05). The high expression of survivin and the low expression of PTEN were positively correlated with the pathological grading, serosa infiltration and metastasis in gallbladder carcinoma(P〈0.05). The expression of survivin showed a negative correlation with PTEN expression in gallbladder carcinoma(P 〈0.05). Conclusion These data show a correlation between survivin and PTEN expression and potential of invasion and metastasis in gallbladder carcinoma. Survivin and PTEN may be prognostic indicators in gallbladder carcinoma.
