3G流媒体业务的QoS研究及解决策略

流媒体是宽带网络条件下多媒体应用的一种新技术,由于无线网络中用户的移动性、传输信道的衰落等因素的影响,会使得流媒体业务的服务质量(QoS)保证更复杂。本文从网络、传输策略等方面深入分析和探讨了影响3G流媒体业务的QoS问题,给出了相应策略,为第三代移动通信的流媒体应用系统的建设提供了一种解决思路。

The streaming media is a new technology ot the apptication of multimedia m the broad network.The effects from me elements including user＇s mobility and tranamission channel＇ fading make the guarantee of mobile streaming media＇QoS more complex. This paper analyses and explores the Qos problems of the 3G streaming media from the respect of the network and the strategy of transmission and so on deeply, and comes up with the methods to the problems,which provides a thought for the construct of the third generation mobile communication ＇ s mobile streaming media applied system.
