摘要
本文报告我科１９９３年６月～１９９５年２月６例多发性或浸润性生长的膀胱肿瘤病例，行保留阴茎勃起神经的根治性全膀胱切除术，６例中有５例术后保持了阴茎勃起功能，取得满意的效果。在报告６例临床资料及手术方法的同时，结合文献复习，着重介绍了性神经血管束（ｎｅｕｒｏ－ｖａｓｃｕｌａｒｂｕｎｄｌｅ，ＮＶＢ）的解剖三维关系，以及术中如何识别并有效地保护ＮＶＢ的体会。
We report the result of 6 cases with multiple or invasive bladder cancers who were treated with the radical cystectomy in our hospital from June l993 to Feb.1995.Within the operation,we applied the surgical technique of sexual-nerve-sparing in order to keep the patients' sexual function as normal post-op.The follow-up results were satisfactory,5 of them has recovered the ability of penis erecting after operation. In this article,we reviewed the clinical data of these patients and described the detail of sexual nerve sparing procedure, especially introduced the anatomical relation between the neuro-vascular bundle (NVB)with bladder,prostate, urethra and seminal vesicles,and how to recongnize and protect it from injury.
