单次服用25mg米非司酮用于紧急避孕的临床效果观察

Clinical Trial of a Single Dose of Mifepristone 25mg for Emergency Contraception.

对300例月经规律,未采取避孕措施或避孕失败72小时以内的妇女,单次口服米非司酮25mg,观察避孕效果、副反应及对经期和经量的影响。300例妇女中6例妊娠,按Dixon方法推算,预期妊娠数为22.983,避孕有效率73.89％。米非司酮25mg的副反应较少,仅11.7％。有不适主诉,主要为恶心,无呕吐发生。于月经前半周期服药的妇女月经推迟明显多于后半周期服药妇女(P<0.05)。低剂量米非司酮是安全有效的紧急避孕方法。

The objective of the current study is to the test effectiveness of mifepristone 25mg for emergency contraception. Three hundreds healthy women with regular cycles who experienced unprotected intercourse or contraceptive failure (slippage or leakage of condom) within 72 hourse,were recruited from October 1995 to February 1996. A single dose of mifepristone 25mg was used.22. 98 cases of pregnancy were expected as calculated using Dixon' s method. The observed pregnancy was 6/300. The effectiveness rate of mifepristone (25mg) used for emergency contraception was 73. 89%. The frequncy of reported side effects,including nausea, abdominal pain, was quite low (11. 7%). No vomiting was reported. The study also showed a higher incidence of prolonged menstrual cycle in women who used the drug before ovulation as compared with those who used it after ovulation (P<0. 05).The result showed that mifepristone 25mg was a safe and effective regirnen for emergency cotracep-tion.
