Yuxin＇s literary creation is characterized by the value of the compatible culture. During Liang Period at the reign of Xiao, Confucianism revived, the Northern Zhou Period Confucianism was valued, and the people between the periods of Southern Dynasty and Northern Dynasty, Confucianism kept on being appreciated. It is during this long period of the Confucian renaissance, Yuxin was deeply influenced. The spirit of the Confucian culture in his works specifically demonstrated in the following： the strong awareness of historical mission and practical responsibility, as well as that of the life - long splendid accomplishments; the cherishment of the thoughts of Confucian ethics; and the impacts of the debates centering on the Minorities and Huaxia.
