Briefly on the Features of Deng Xiaoping's Thought on Distribution

邓小平分配思想是马克思主义按劳分配理论与社会主义初级阶段的基本国情紧密结合的产物,具有鲜明的特点:第一,深刻揭示了社会主义的本质,强调共同富裕这一社会主义的最终目标;第二,创造性地确立了以按劳分配为主体、多种分配方式并存的分配制度;第三,提出效率与公平都是社会主义追求的价值目标,并作出了“效率优先、兼顾公平”的价值选择。

Deng Xiaoping＇s thought on distribution is an integration of Marxist distribution theory and the fundamental situation of socialist primary stage; it is featured as：firstly, exposing profoundly the nature of socialism, emphasizing common well-off which is the ultimate object of socialism;secondly, establishing creatively the multiple distribution system with distributing according to one＇s work as the principle part; and thirdly, putting forward that efficiency and fairness are both what socialist value seek,and deciding on the choice of value that ＂efficiency should be put in the first place by taking,at the same time, fairness into consideration. ＂
