机车配件检修质量与跟踪管理信息系统集成计算机信息技术、设备检测和条码等技术对机车配件进行管理,该系统主要由配件检测试验、配件寿命、配件跟踪、配件质量控制和配件质量寿命跟踪分析子系统构成。提出系统的功能模块,详细阐述各功能模块的主要程序流程及实现方法。实际运用中取得良好的效果。

Computer information technology, equipment test and bar code technique were used in the System to manage the locomotive parts. The System was composed of subsystems of locomotive of parts test, parts life-span, parts tracing, parts quality control and parts quality analysis, some key functions, program flows and methods to implement the System were put forward. It had a great effect on the quality control and tracing of locomotive parts.
