上海合作组织是第一个由中国倡导建立的区域性组织,中国作为上海合作组织的重要成员,有必要积极推动上海合作组织的发展。从宏观政治经济格局来看,在上海合作组织框架下开展区域经济合作有利于推进中国参与国际区域经济一体化进程;而从微观收益来看,在上海合作组织框架下开展区域经济合作有利于中国培养新的出口市场,平衡国内经济发展,并促进区域经济协调发展,为中国可持续发展营造和平的外部环境。

Shanghai Cooperative organization is the first regional organization that China initiates the establishment. China, as an important member of the organization, is necessary to promote positively the development of the Shanghai Cooperative Organization. To carry out the regional economic cooperation under the Shanghai Cooperative organization frame, in the view of the macroscopic political and economic pattern, is favorable for China to participate in the international regional economic integration, while in the view of the microscopic revenue, is favorable for China to develop new export markets, to balance the domestic economic development, to coordinate the regional economic development, and also to construct a peaceful external environment for the sustainable development of China.
