摘要
针对杭钢炼铁厂烧结工艺的要求,以混匀矿SiO2和TFe含量精度为目标函数,建立了烧结主原料混匀矿等SiO2等TFe配料数学模型,采用蚁群算法对混匀矿配比进行实时优化计算,取得了良好效果,保证了任一时刻堆积物料中SiO2含量和TFe含量与大堆预想成分中的含量基本相近。
Pointed at the sintering process requirement in Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group Company Plants, take the precision of SiO2 and the TFe content in bleded ore as the objective function, the raw material proportion mathematical model of equal-SiO2 and equal-TFe was established. The real-time optimized computation of raw material proportioning was conducted using ant colony algorithm, and the good effect was obtained. So at any time, the SiO2 content and the TFe content in stacking raw material are simulation with the expection content in big pile.
