摘要
济钢球团生产中赤铁精矿配比增加后,竖炉利用系数下降,球团矿质量降低。为了改变这一状况,球团厂实施了竖炉使用高炉-转炉混合煤气改造,并取得了显著效果。在赤铁精矿配比为30%的条件下,竖炉利用系数提高,球团矿质量改善。同时,转炉煤气在球团生产中的大量使用,为济钢提高转炉煤气回收量,实现负能炼钢奠定了基础,也开辟了一条转炉煤气利用的新途径。
In order to improve the pellet quality and to increase the shaft furnace productivity after the hematic concentrate rate in mixture was increased, the gas system of JIGANG pelletizing plant was modified, and then the BF-BOF mixed gas was used to roast pellets. As a result, the obvious effect was gained: at the 30% hematic concentrate rate, the shaft furnace productivity was increased and the pellets quality was improved. In addition, the largely utilizing of BOF gas in pelletizing process, could lay a foundation for increasing the BOF gas recovery and realizing negative energy steel-making, and found out a new way of BOF gas utilizing.
