摘要
根据当前S700K钩锁式分动外锁闭五机18号提速道岔故障率高,对铁路提速后运输秩序干扰较大的实际情况,阐明了提速道岔的结构、维修标准、运用环境、固有缺陷,提出了开展工电联合整治、专项维修等一系列技术攻关措施,以降低提速道岔故障率,提高其工作的稳定性。
Aimed at the high failure rate and greater disturbance of No. 18 speed-raising point of current S700K with separated five locomotion and external hook locking to speed-raised railway transport system, the construction, maintenance standards, application environment and inherent defects of high speed points are expounded. To reduce the failure rate of high speed point and improve its operation stability, a series of technical innovations such as mechanically-electronically combined renovation, special maintenances.
