摘要
探讨利用赛络纺纱技术纺制聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维纱线的工艺配置与成纱性能情况。研究了喂入粗纱间距、捻系数与成纱性能的关系,测试分析了聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维涤纶长丝包芯纱的性能。试验表明,利用赛络纺纱技术加工聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维涤纶长丝包芯纱具有明显的优势,产品的综合性能优于传统环锭包芯纱。
Processing configuration and yarn property of polyacrylonitrile preliminary heat treatment in oxidizing fiber yarn, spinning by siro spinning technology were discussed. Relation among feeding roving gauge, twist factor and yarn property were researched, property of polyacrylonitrile preliminary heat treatment in oxidizing polyester filament core-spun yarn was tested. The test shows that use siro spinning technology produce polyacrylonitile preliminary heat treatment in oxidizing fiber polyester filament core-spun yarn has evident advantage, whole property of products is better than that of traditional ring spun core-spun yarn.
