纺织智能变频器在细纱机上的应用

Application of Textile Intelligence Frequency Transformer in Spinning Frame

为了降低细纱断头,减少纱线毛羽,根据变频技术在细纱机上的应用原理,重点对纺织智能变频器在细纱机上的应用作了介绍,并对普通细纱机与变频细纱机的纺纱断头率及毛羽进行了对比分析。结果表明:应用纺织智能变频器可以降低细纱断头,提高单产,改善成纱质量。

To reduce spun yarn ends and reduce yarn hairiness, application of textile intelligence frequency transformer in spinning frame was introduced in detail, end breakage and hairiness of normal spinning frame and spinning frame with intelligence frequency transformer were compared according to application principle of frequency technology in textile industry. The result shows that application of textile intelligence frequency transformer can reduce spun yarn ends, enhance productivity per machine-hour, improve yarn quality.
