多支座浓硝酸储罐的优化设计

摘要 浓硝酸储罐多为多支座卧式容器,材质为工业纯铝1060。关于多支座计算,目前没有标准可以使用。由于铝的强度低,刚度较小,因此设计时需要考虑加强结构,以满足稳定性需要。选择加强圈时需要选择合适的截面,使组合截面有较大的惯性矩。进行优化设计后,使得设计结构更趋于合理,重量更轻,价格更低。 Most of Concentrated nitric acid tanks are with multi-supports, the material of which is pure aluminum 1060. To the vessels with multi-supports, there is lack of design method in current standard. The strengthened structure needs to be used in design of these vessels to meet the requirement of stability because of the low strength and stiffness of aluminum. When the optimum design of stiffened structure was carried out, the lighter and more economical structure with enough stiffness can be obtained.
