摘要
以水为提取溶剂,胖大海为原料,探讨了微波辅助提取胖大海多糖的优化工艺。通过响应面分析法考察微波提取条件,即微波功率、微波处理时间和料水比对胖大海多糖的得率和含量的影响,从而确定较佳提取工艺条件:微波功率450W^480W、微波处理时间7min^8min和料水比1∶65。与传统的直接加热浸提法比较,此方法不仅大大缩短提取时间,而且胖大海多糖的得率和含量也明显提高。
The microwave assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Sterculiae Scaphigera was studied. The optimum extracted parameters were confirmed by response surface analysis under various conditions for the maximum yield and content of polysaccharides. The result showed that optimum extracted conditions were determined as follow: microwave power ranged from 450W to 480W, microwave radiation time from 7 min to 8 min and stock ratio 1 : 65. The microwave assisted extraction can reduce the extraction time and increase the yield and content of polysaccharides compared with the traditional direct heating extraction.
