摘要
小核桃仁是小品种高油量的特种油料。试验研究了水剂法提取小核桃仁油。在单因素试验的基础上,确定的最佳工艺条件为:140℃烘烤90min,料液比1∶0.8,兑水温度75℃,兑水pH7,4000r/min离心40min,并对油脂理化性质进行了分析。
Hickory kernel is a special oil plant of abundant oil. Aqueous extraction of hickory oil was investigated. The orthogonal test was developed based on the one factor tests. The results indicated that the optimum conditions were: 140℃ roasting 90 min, ratio of solid to liquid 1 : 0.8, extraction temperature 75℃, pH 7, agitation speed 4 000 r/min. The qualities of hickory kernel oil by aqueous extinction meet the standards of edible oil with nice flavor.
