摘要 从上海电网的角度出发,分析了上海现有和规划500 kV电网在控制短路电流方面的不足之处及其原因,并提出一种新的上海500 kV电网的构建思路,在充分利用现有资源的情况下,在上海实现2个双环网的结构,实现南北分网。认为该方案具有能有效控制上海电网的短路电流水平以及上海电网和华东电网之间的短路电流的相互影响,对特高压电网建设的适应性比较好,运行灵活可靠,有利于潮流控制和充分发挥省际联络线输送容量等优点。 The defects of current and planned 500 kV grids of Shanghai in controlling the short-circuit current as well as the causes are analyzed, and a new scheme on construction of Shanghai 500 kV grids is proposed. The scheme suggests that by making full use of existing resource, two double loop networks which lie in the north and in the south of Shanghai separately be constructed. The scheme can effectively control the short-circuit current level in Shanghai and the interaction of short-circuit current between Shanghai Power Grid and the East China Power Grid. In addition, the scheme which is adaptive to ultra high voltage grid construction, is beneficial to power flow control and can fully utilize the transmission capacity of inter-provincial lines.
