摘要
电厂输煤系统中,斗轮机是比较关键的设备,早期斗轮机的生产加工均依靠国外技术公司,为了实现中国自己制造、自己设计,华电工程公司对斗轮机中关键的齿轮轮廓进行了模块化设计,开发出一种基于AutoCAD Active X技术的动态模拟齿轮加工方法,可以绘制精确的齿根过渡线,并运用渐开线方程式绘制齿轮渐开线,从而能够很容易地在数控机床上加工完整的齿廓。
The stack reclaimer is key equipment in the coal transportation of power plant. In the earty years, me manufacmre process is depended on the foreign company. And in the recent years, the manufacture cooperated with foreign company is carryied out, but the.foreign company only delivers the drawings or the program to us, for lack of the design ability we can not participate in the progress of core technical research. In response to the National policy "independent creation", Hadian Engineer Company developed the module design of gear outline, akey system in the stack reclaimer for the change from "made in China" to "design in China". Because of the difficulty of drawing the outline of complex gear, especially because of the variety of the bottom outline, amethod of drafting gear's bottom outline based on AutoCAD ActiveX, by simulating the cutting process of gear dynamically and of drafting its complexity according to its equation is proposed. Thus the whole outline of a gear can be got conveniently.
