摘要
在分析研究飞机工装设计特点与CBR技术的基础上,针对某大型航空制造企业的实际需求,建立了工装实例库的体系结构,提出了夹具实例的描述与夹具实例库的建库方法,采用支持索引项动态扩充的实例检索算法获取最佳匹配实例,基于UG平台开发了飞机工装实例库,包括夹具实例库、模具实例库、型架实例库、刀具和量具实例库等,实现了工装设计的智能化、快速化和标准化,保证了工装设计品质。
On the basis of researching characters of designing aircraft tools and CBR (ease-based reasoning) technology, a system structure of tools cases library was built according to the demands of a large-scale enterprise of aeronautics. Then the description of fixture cases and the modeling method of building fixture cases library were presented. Case retrieval algorithm for supporting dynamically extensible index word was used to get the best matching ease. A cases library for aircraft tools was developed on UG platform, consisted of fixture cases library, mould eases library, fixture cases library for aircraft assembly, cutting tool cases library and measuring tool cases library etc. It makes designing of tools intelligentizing, high-speed, standardizing, and goodquality.
