变频器应用中产生过电压故障的原因及解决办法 被引量:4

摘要 变频器过电压故障现象是变频器运行中的常见故障现象之一。变频器过电压故障主要原因为变频器所拖动的电机在减速时或正常工作的需要处于发电运行状态,将发电产生的电量向变频器中直流侧的电容器充电,在直流母线侧形成“泵升电压”,从而产生过电压。消除过电压主要通过设置变频器的减速时间、能量消耗、回馈电网制动以及共用直流母线吸收再生能量几种方法消除。 The fault of converter over voltage is one of the common faults during converter running. The prime reason of the fault is that electric engine driven by converter must be in generating electricity in its retarding or normal working, then condenser on direct current side of converter is charged, with quantity of electricity by electric engine produced, forming pumping-up voltage on direct current bus bar side, thus causing over voltage. The ways of cancelling over voltage are setting up deceleration time, consumption of energy, feedback electric network brake and shared direct current bus bar soaking regenerated energy.
