限制性进入机制是多种形式企业网络的共同特点。但是交易对手地位对称或地位最大化并非为限制性进入机制的必要内涵。网络结点的数目和地位由企业网络的性质、行业的特征等因素决定。限制性进入机制符合非随机配对的要求,并有利于建立重复博弈和信任机制,有利于契约管理。
