纵观管理学发展史,工业管理经历了“传统管理”、“科学管理”、“现代管理”和“后现代管理”四个阶段,管理范式与工业化的进程呈高度的相关性。不同的管理范式都与当时的社会环境有密切的关系。随着工业化的进程,从工业社会进入后工业社会,对管理范式提出了严峻挑战,新的管理范式——多元化管理范式应运而生。

Looked over the history of management study, the industrial management has experienced lout stages----＂the traditional management＂, ＂the scientific management＂ , ＂the modem management＂ and ＂post-modem management＂. The management paradigm and the advancement of industrialization assumes the high relevance. The different management paradigm and the social environment had close relationship. Along with the industry society entering the post-industry society, the advancement of industrializationhas a challenge to management paradigm. A new management paradigm, the multiplication management paradigm arise the relevant results of the historic moment.
